What experience founders had: Mark Zuckerburg had dropped out of Harvard, he taught himself how to program, him and his friend Adam D’Angelo also caught the eye of Microsoft. Where the company started: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States What problem Facebook solved:Facebook made socialising with people a lot easier. It was free to use and it was a solution on how you could stay connected to your friends without having to get phone bills.
